ENPI CBC launching confirmed

At the EU-Russia Summit in Stockholm on the 18th November, Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner and the Russian Minister Viktor Basargin signed the Financing Agreement for five cross-border co-operation programmes. These financing agreements are central to the implementation of cooperation programmes between the border regions of the European Union and Russia.
