Two Model Open Innovation Platform Approach (TMOIPA)

Project funded by the European Union’s South-East Finland – Russia Neigbourhood programme was implemented in the period from March 2008 to July 2009 by Lappeenranta Innovation, Committee on IT and Communications of St. Petersburg, City of Lappeenranta, St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Centre, Lappeenranta University of Technology, Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade of St. Petersburg, Committee for Economic Development of Leningrad Region and St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. The project was focusing to the development of open innovation platform in the cross-border area between South-East Finland and St. Petersburg region. The results of the project include the development of services of Finnish-Russian Innovation Center, establishment of European-Russian InnoPartnership and creation of the innovation support network in Leningrad Region.
